Making and receiving Calls
With facilities of automatic redial, Making a call while on another call, call waiting, conference call, making emergency calls, using Incoming call alert , using voicemail, viewing call length, setting up call summary, call barring, sending your caller ID, Diverting call, Fixed number dialling etc.
Messaging
Using predictive text, entry Forwarding a message, Calling a number from a received message, Saving details from a received message, Setting up message groups etc.
Tracking feature
The Tracking feature allows you to send text messages or emails reporting the GPS coordinates of your current location to one or more recipients or, alternatively, to a tracking portal. The messages are automatically generated by the handset, with updated coordinates, at a default preset interval of 15 minutes.
BSNL\92s GSPS also called Global Satellite Phone Service, provides voice communication and messaging from any part of the globe. It can be used from all part of the country including territorial water. It is being provided through world\92s most advanced satellite communications network working on INMARSAT I-4 F2 (MEAS) satellite located at 63.90 degree East.
It is suitable for persons working in remote areas or disaster affected areas \96 defense, border security organizations, disaster management bodies, trekkers, fishermen, maritime applications.
Now this service is open for normal customers also.
